Stop Climate Chaos Scotland has launched a new email action which asks people across Scotland to write to their MSPs about low carbon transport. They are calling on the Scottish Government to double the budget set aside for cycling and walking. John Swinney already announced an increase in funding for cycling earlier this month, but this needs to go much further.
