This summer has seen the biggest mass movement of people since the second world war. Millions of men, women and children around the world have been forced to leave their homes fleeing widespread violence, persecution and horrendous human rights abuses. These people are refugees and they are desperate for our help. In response to this global humanitarian crisis, the people of Scotland have shown huge amounts of compassion and empathy. Ordinary people are pledging to support refugees in any way they can. This website will be a place to find out more about the crisis and more about what Scotland is doing to help.
