Almost a quarter of a million Scottish children are living in poverty, according to a new report published today.
And the overwhelming majority of kids on the breadline live in a working family where the parents simply cannot make ends meet.
The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) said Britain is leaving the European Union with a million Scots in poverty.
And 230,000 of them are children, with 150,000 in a family where at least one parent works.
